1. PAYMENT OF RENTAL

a. The receipt of a deposit of 20% of the rental is necessary to secure a reservation.

b. The balance of the total rental is due 3 calendar months prior to the start of the letting.

2. CANCELLATION

a. Cancellation received three months prior to the start of letting - 100% refund

b. Cancellation received less than three calandar months prior to the start of letting - no refund.

3. TELEPHONE

a. All local calls and calls to the Owners are free

b. All other calls will be invoiced to you after receipt of the detailed bi-monthly France Telecom bill.

4. INSPECTION OF PROPERTY

a. The property is inspected by our local agent between lettings.

b. Upon your arrival we ask you to check the inventory and to check that all sinks, basins, showers, baths, toilets are fully operational. Any problems are to be reported to the Owners as soon as practical after check-in.

c. The Owners will make telephone contact around 7.00pm local time on your arrival day

5. DAMAGES

a. We do not ask for a security deposit against possible damages but ask that guests respect the property as if it was their own.

b. We reserve the right to levy additional charges for unacceptable damages or state of uncleanliness.

6. CLEANING

a.The property is prepared for your arrival and you are asked to leave the property and its contents as you expect to find them.

b. Please be familiar with section on 'Cleaning' in the Information Pack.

7. ELECTRICITY, GAS, WATER, FIREWOOD

a. The price includes all electricity, gas, water & firewood.

8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

a. The maximum number of people allowed at the property must not be exceeded.

b. It is not permitted to park caravans or pitch tents on the property

9. PETS

a. Pets are not permitted on the property.

 10.LINEN & TOWELS

a. Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels are not normally provided.

b. Guests should provide both an upper and lower sheet for each bed.

c. Duvets, duvet covers, blankets and pillows are provided. Pillows are rectangular 'English-style'.

11. SMOKING

a. As a courtesy to others we request that guests should smoke outdoors.

12. KEY

a. The key to the property is sent to the renter by recorded delivery approximately three weeks prior to the arrival date unless otherwise arranged.

b. The key should be returned as directed by the Owners

13. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

a. Check In - the property is not available until after 4.00pm on arrival day.

b. Check Out - guests should vacate the property by 10.00am on departure day.
